    I made this tonight for dinner but without the chard and beans (didn’t have any).  It was really delicious with the oil and avocado.  I never thought to use either in eggs but I’m happy that  did.  Do you happen to know what the calorie count is for this meal?

    Hey Allison, great video. Makes me think of Mr. Fair’s class?? Anyway, I recently started four hour body but it is really difficult to get the great food like the chicken sausage where I live (Taiwan). I lived in Seattle for 3 years and loved it. I lived in West Seattle on alki and Shopped at PCC. Pretty good site. Say hi to Mr. Russo. Hope to see more of these!
