Milk is one of those grocery items that is on almost everyone’s list. “How much to spend, organic vs. regular vs. RBST hormone free, plastic or coated paper, what percentage of fat, acidophilus or regular?” are all questions that have to be answered when choosing milk. There are so many choices that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused.

Zucchini Rice Pudding

A few weeks ago I made this recipe (my own personal creation!) and as my 6 year old son was slurping it down I said “There’s a secret ingredient in that pudding.” Pretty sure that I had hidden some unknown treasure in his pudding he excitedly asked “What is it? Tell me, tell me!”
